Hi, I’m TROSSEY.

(Also known as John)

Hailing from the ever-evolving city of Orlando, Florida, I developed a passion for creativity early on—often with a paintbrush in one hand and a camera in the other. My acceptance into the Visual & Performing Arts Magnet Program at Dr. Phillips High School deepened that passion and introduced me to the world of graphic design. I continued my education at Florida State University, where I worked as a graphic designer for the university and interned with GoConvergence Inc., supporting Fortune 500 clients. I graduated with a degree in Graphic Design and a minor in Advertising & Communications, launching my career with Carley Corporation, where I spent five years designing courseware for government clients while also managing marketing initiatives for RE/MAX Orlando through freelance work.

I later advanced my career in Washington, D.C. as a Senior Graphic Designer with the Foreign Service Institute at the U.S. Department of State, where I played a key role in elevating and modernizing design standards across the organization. My work earned multiple awards and consistent recognition for excellence. In 2020, I joined Deloitte as a Studio Designer, contributing to both corporate campaigns and large-scale government projects.

In 2023, I expanded my creative pursuits by relocating to Los Angeles and transitioning into celebrity fashion styling, working with high-profile clients, leading brands, editorial publications, and television productions—including Netflix’s Selling Sunset. After being offered a full-time role with Raymond James Financial, I returned to Orlando, where I continued my work in graphic design while maintaining an active styling portfolio and clientele.

Most recently, my backgrounds in design and real estate converged in my role as Head of Marketing for The Agency Florida. In this position, I lead and execute all marketing initiatives—spanning print, digital, social, and franchise development—supporting over 60 agents and leadership teams across the Orlando, Tampa, and Windermere markets.
